Creating a day spanning several events adds another day

If creating an event from the calendar widget by selecting several consecutive days, this adds another day to the new event. (E.g. if selecting Mon-Wed, then the next Thursday is also added to the event.)

This problem has been already present in an earlier version and has been fixed. It now has reappeared, maybe by the update of FullCalendar to a newer version.
