Editing of the start page is broken

Seemingly since the introduction of the In-place editor, editing of the start page of the application is no longer possible in any meaningful way

The editor shows the main macro expanded, which seems to allow to create new event on click instead of opening the macro editor, and also shows a nested WYSIWYG input field, which of course does not work.

After saving this mess anyway users reported randomly inserted html-macros all over the page.

The workaround is to use the non-inplace WYSIWYG-editor or the Wiki-Editor, both only available to "advanced" users.
