No calendar contents in PDF export

    Description

      At least with XWiki 16.10.2 (and I think with 15.10.15), when using the new PDF export, instead of the events in the calendar only the text "Mocca Calendar Macro" is displayed where the calendar should be.

       

      The same worked in 15.10.10, iirc.
