Users with only rights to edit events in some calendars should be able to move these events in the main view

If a user has only edit rights on some calendars, but not on the main calendar space, this user cannot create events from the main calendar page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. remove edit rights to the "MoccaCalendar" space to the XWikiAllGroup
2. grant edit rights e.g. to the "MoccaCalendar.OtherEvents" subcalendar to the "XWikiAllGroup"
3. log in with a user without admin rights and go to the "MoccaCalendar" space
4. try to move an event from the "OtherEvents" calendar

Expected behavior:

• Event is moved to the new location, saved there

Actual behavior :

• Event is moved back to the original place, no changes are saved.
• User need to go to "Other Events" calendar, and can move events there without problems
