Arrow keys change the event date while editing the time

When editing an event's start/end time, the date picker captures the arrow keys and changes the event date instead of letting the user move the cursor within the input.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a calendar in Monthly view and click a day to create an event.
2. Clear All day so the start date includes 00:00.
3. Click at the end of the start date input.
4. Press Left to move the cursor into the hour value so you can change 00:00 to 09:00.

Actual result: Each Left key press moves the event date one day earlier.

Expected result: Arrow keys move the cursor while editing the input. After interacting with the date picker, arrow keys navigate its calendar.
