Use FullCalendar app as dependency

    Description

      It would be great if this application could use the FullCalendar application ( http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/FullCalendar+Application ) as dependency and not recopy it.
      This way, users of the simple FullCalendar application could benefit from the improvements on the FullCalendar application that are done for the Mocca Calendar.

      I can handle the creation of the github & all for the FullCalendar application if needed (because the way it is rught now cannot really be integrated to nicely in a build).
