When creating a new calendar the title gets lost

Steps to reproduce:

• on the start page click on the "create new calendar" link
• in the upcoming page, give the new calendar page some name
• on the next page, which should be the edit view, the title of the calendar is prefilled with the given name. Replace that text with something different and press "save & view"

Expected behaviour: the calendar should be shown in view mode with the title set to the value entered in the previous step
Observed: calendar is shown in view mode, but title has the same value as the name

Workaround: Editing the title of an existing calendar does not trigger the bug, so editing the calendar a second time after creation allows to set the title.
