Order parameter and add missing i18n keys for the "moccacalendar" macro

If people are using the

{{moccacalendar}}

macro (which they do e.g. in the dashboard) they see a lot of parameters, but the usually needed "filter" is last in list. Additionally the "calenderDoc" is missing, which makes filter="page" quite useless.
Additionally no i18n keys are available for the macro name, description and ditto for the parameters
