Remove reading of undefined macro parameters

The code in MoccalCal.Macro suffers from copy & paste of Calendar.Macro
reading out a few macro parameter that are not defined for the moccacal-macro, like startfield, endfield, etc

The reading of these undefined parameter should be scrapped from the code. If some of them might actually be useful, introduce proper parameter objects for them.
