Native keyboard scrolling is deactivated by the sorteable feature

When making a large table sorteable, native keyboard scrolling is deactivated. This is because sorteable tables contain interactive elements, and at least for Chrome 125, the way keyboard scrolling is added to scrollable elements would hide children elements.
