Display warning in case the user who triggers the translation does not appropriate rights

Currently when a user without programming right triggers the tranlsation of a page containing a Groovy script, the translated page does not work properly. The same happens for simple Velocity scripts when the current user does not have the script right. This task is about analysing the actual rights required to run the page and display a warning when relevant.
