Allow figures numbering to be skipped and reset

Current, the figures numbering is sequential and is applied to all the figures (when numbering is activated).
It can be interesting to allow to skip the numbering for a figure, or to allow users to set an arbitrary number for a figures.

Note: Both operation must preferably be possible from the editor too.
