Add integration tests

We should have integration tests to check that numbering is properly activated in all modes and that in particular the activation UI works as expected. At least parts of this are not easy, however, as there is no API in the browser to get the contents of the generated heading numbering. Thus, we cannot directly check that the correct number is displayed.
