Add CSS class to the DOM element generated by the TOC macro

This issue is required to stay synchronized with the default toc macro, see XRENDERING-669

The TOC macro currently generates an ul element without any CSS class. This prevents from customizing easily the style of a TOC. This issue is about adding a CSS class to that element.
