Translations are not rendered if accessed from another wiki

Prerequisites: The Notes Application must be installed and at least 1 page should be created.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Export the Notes Application as a XAR archive
2. Login with Admin and create a subwiki
3. Open the Administration Menu of the new subwiki and import the XAR (Administration > Content > Import)
4. Leave the default options and click Import

EXPECTED RESULTS

After successful import, the Notes App's icon and name is displayed in the Applications Panel; also the name and the info message is displayed correctly on the application's main page.

ACTUAL RESULTS

After the import of the XAR on the new subwiki, the Notes App's name is not displayed correctly in the Applications Panel, nor in the app's main page along with the info message (translations are not rendered).

Tested on both XWiki 8.4.5 and XWiki 9.6.
