Plan has "nothing to do" even when sub pages need to be migrated

After computing a migration plan, the UI shows a "There is nothing to do!" infobox and only the first of the checked pages, even if there are much more pages down the computed tree that need updating.

The same version of the application with the same set of pages shows the proper migrations tree e.g. in XWiki 13.10.
