Extract text from attachments and add it as meta attributes

This is originally a suggestion from Ben Megson on the forum (https://forum.xwiki.org/t/tesseract-ocr-application-v1-1-released/2647/4).

The idea here is to recognize automatically text inside of attached images and put the recognized text into meta tags.

This could be a feature toggleable in the admin UI.
