Offer a class initializer module

A module should be available based on OIDC 1.24 (i.e. supporting XWiki 10.11 still) so that the XWikiClass used to enrich the users with information about the corresponding user at the OpenID provider is compatible between AzureAD and OIDC.

I suppose that the module mostly contains a component whose initialize registers the XWikiClass.
It might be interesting to include in such a component the methods of OIDCUserStore (in AzureAD, I'd be happy to use both current methods).
