Improve consent screen style

Currently, when reaching the consent step of OIDC authentication flow, a screen is shown to the user:

Problems:

• the screen is not align with the skin of the wiki

Proposed fix:

• override oidc/provider/consent.vm with an improved template using the current wiki skin to make the consent step better integrated in the wiki
