Add ability to view and edit the in-wiki configurations from the administration module

When using in-wiki configuration, the configuration can be edited in object mode on the page(s) containing an XWiki.OIDC.ClientConfigurationClass object.
This ticket aims to improve the user experience for administrators who need to view and update the configuration by providing the ability to edit it through a form directly accessible from the administration module, similar to what is available in the Active Directory Application.
