Allow configuring the forbidden pattern and replacement when formatting the username and user subject

One can format username and user subject using the .clean feature for the usercommon formatter module. This module also allows specifying a pattern and a replacement for this pattern to use when cleaning usernames.

Being able to specify this pattern and this replacement can help dealing with users created in a wiki with other cleaning rules, for example when importing users from Confluence with the default configuration.
