Old OIDC wiki configuration can be interpreted as disabling try local in 2.24.0

The handling of the try local option is not well handled when hitting a xobject which property value is null. This happens, for example when using a configuration that was saved before upgrading to 2.24.0 and not resaving the xobject.

This should not be a problem for new objects.
