Handle exception if sendLogout OIDC fails

If sending the logout request in oidc-authenticator/src/main/java/org/xwiki/contrib/oidc/auth/internal/OIDCUserManager.java (method sendLogout) fails, a exception is thrown. currenlty this exception is catched but not handled somehow (marked with a TODO).
