Allow setting the local user id instead of the full reference for the user info subject

Right now the subject returned by the OIDC provider is the full reference of the user to avoid any conflict in a potentially multiwiki instance but when you have only one wiki or when all users are on the main wiki it would be nice to have the option to return a simpler and yet unique reference (the page name of the user).
