Automatically handle relations when the target page gets deleted

    Description

      For a relation between page A and page B, when page B is renamed or deleted there is no special handling of the relations stored on page A.

      The idea of this issue is to have some sort of handling, esp. for rename when very probably we want to refactor the relation stored on page A to point to the new location of page B.
