Cannot view the presentation if the author doesn't have PR

If the presentation was saved by an user that doesn't have Programming Rights then only the first slide of the presentation, the one with the XWiki logo, is displayed. The rest of the slides are not available.

It's fine if the code of the Presentation Application requires PR because the application can be installed by someone that has PR (although not perfect because this makes the application hard to use on a subwiki, PRESENT-8). But PR should not be required for those that create presentations, i.e. those that use the application.
