The extension use an outdated Pypi API

Pypi API access moved from https://pypi.python.org to https://pypi.org/pypi. Unfortunately while there is a redirect the format returned by the API also changed, for example https://pypi.org/simple/ now return an HTML content which is invalid from XML parser point of view...
