Have a nicer message when replication messages cannot be handled because wikis are not initialized

When starting several replicated instances at the same time, it can happen that replication messages are received before wikis are initialized, leading to long backtraces such at the one attached.

A nicer message explaining replication messages cannot be handled at this time would be more user-friendly.
