Improve the configuration UI in order to add support for the replication direction

Currently the Replication Framework does support 3 replication directions (both, send only, and receive only) but only (both) is supported on the UI side. So, the objective of this ticket is to improve the Replication Application configuration UI to add the possibility to indicate the direction of a replication.

Note that :

• Both : The replication is enabled in both direction.
• Send only : Only send updates about that document and refuse messages.
• Receive only : Never send updates about that document but accept messages.
