Moving/renaming a replicated pages should not cancel the replication

Currently when a replicated page is renamed/moved on the sender instance the replication is canceled, meaning that the replicated page is deleted on the receiver instance and the replication configuration is not backported on the new page.

It would be nice if we have the possibility to keep the replication after a page rename/move.
