Replication tab displays nothing on 16.10.12

Steps to reproduce:

• Set two 16.10.12 instances with the replication app and link them
• Go to any page, try to reach the replication tab

Expected result: the replication tab is displayed with expected information

Actual result: the replication tab is empty

• Failed request in 16.10.12: "GET /xwiki/bin/get/example/WebHome?xpage=xpart&vm=loaddocextrauix.vm%26uix%3Dreplication.docextra&language= HTTP/1.1" 400
