Merge Conflict button "Mark as Resolved" is clickable without edit rights

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a situation where you face https://design.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Proposal/Instances%20replication#HConflictresolution and you have this warning displayed:

• As a user without edit rights on the page, click on the "Mark as Resolved" button

Expected result: the action is not triggered/you have a warning message stating that you do not have required rights for this action.

Actual result: the action is triggered

Other info/idea: the warning message may be different depending on the rights of the user.
