"Receive only" direction should not be proposed when configuring replication on a page from an owner instance

When creating a new page, then from Page Administration is set from 'Page and children' > 'All instances' > 'Replication level' > 'Everything', 'Replication direction' > 'Receive only' and save, this page is not replicated on the other instance (but it gets replicated if is selected 'Both' or 'Send only').

On the Replication tab for this 'Everything / Receive only' page, the Replication level is 'Unknown' and the Configuration says:  'Allow updates to be sent and received from this instance', but it's set to 'Receive only'.

The 'Receive only' option should not be proposed for the owner, since he will not be allowed to send modifications (this making the page not replicated).
