The configuration UI for Placeholder replication is not consistent

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure Replication App on 2 instances (I've reproduced this on 2 local XWiki 17.10.7 Jetty/HSQL instances running on different browsers and different ports)
2. On instance A, create a page (e.g. 'ReplicationPlaceholder')
3. On this page, go to Administer Page > Other > Replication
4. From 'Page and children' section, select 'All instances', Replication level: Placeholder
5. Click 'Save' button
6. On instance B, turn 'Hidden pages' setting to 'Yes' and refresh the browser
7. Go to the replicated page and observe the Replication tab, 'Configuration' section

Expected results

On the instance B, on the replicated page's Replication tab > Configuration, the setting displayed is:

Receive a placeholder from this instance

since the direction configured on the owner instance is "Send only".

Actual results

The displayed setting is:

Send and receive a placeholder from this instance
