Support generic replication of custom events

It's common for extensions to trigger specific events on business operations, to allow usage of those events.
In case of replication, it could make sense to replicate the trigger of such events on the replicated instances.
Since it could be a common usecase, it would be handy to have a common usecase to support this, instead of needing to implement a dedicated message and a receiver for this in each extensions.
Moreover we probably might reuse some code performed to handle the events in cluster environment for this.
