Make sure to never use the Java class when loading the controller configuration

The reloading of the classloader cause various problem when it comes to the hibernate mapping. While this is sorted out on XWiki standard side, a workaround is to never load the Java class in the hibernate API so make sure you never get classcast exceptions.
