Empty objects before copying a rule into it

Following the changes added in RIGHTSAPI-9, the fields from the objects needs to be cleaned when some rule is copied into that object. That is happening because they're not set on empty collections anymore (which was the default behavior, but only in the case of receiving as parameter an empty list and not a null).
