Group changes by Category

For final versions, we took all the changes from previous versions and we grouped them by category, under the same heading.

Let's say we cannot make this grouping (under the same heading) but we could at least group them, one after the other, all the changes from a particular category.

Example, see RepositoryEntries.png. There are multiple entries for the Repository app category and they have the same Priority. IMO in the Release Notes they should be listed consequently.

This is not happening, see UserRN.png. "All Blog Posts link" is listed between changes from the same category.
