Allow setting priority per version

    Description

      A change can have a priority High in a M1 version, while being a priority Low for a Final version (depending on the importance of the other changes implemented for that version and the subjectivity of the RM).

      The problem is that affecting the priority in the Final version, affects the layout for the M1 RN.
