Change the default sort order for the existing RN to have unreleased RN first

This issue depends on who is the main target of this app.

For example, as developers we are most interested in non-released version, since we are writing the documentation for the versions. So for this use case I would want to see the non-released versions first, so I can find them ASP (otherwise I will need to manually change the order when we will have more entries / pagination).

For users that look for new versions, they are interested in the released versions. The question is if they use the RN app or the Download page (that provides links to RN) or Blog, etc. in order to read the RNs.
