Add ability to provide several templates: for major releases, minor releases and bugfix releases

Right now only 1 template can be set. It would be nice to be able to have several templates for various releases. For example on xwiki.org we don't use the same one for bugfix releases (in which we use the jira macro to list the full list of jiras) and for other releases.
