Miscellaneous headings share the same IDs

When navigating from the TOC, the Miscellaneous sections share the same IDs (#HMiscellaneous), no matter if the change is from Users, Developers or Admin sections.

That's why, if you click on the Miscellaneous section for Developers, you actually will be taken to the first ID, that will be the User's one.
