Display the linked JIRA issue for each release change

It happens a lot that I want to find back a JIRA issue associated to a release change, I usually do the following:
1. start looking in release notes to find an info
2. Find out that I'm missing some details and I want to look back on the JIRA
3. Find back the release change I'm reading
4. From the URL I obtain, look for the JIRA issue which have it

This is really tedious: we could just put the JIRA key when we create a RC and displays it with the jira macro.
