Section edit links are no longer displayed in recent XWiki versions

This regression could have been caused by XWIKI-17115. Note that since we have generated headings, we have to generate the HMTL structure and that structure changed which is why we also need to update it. The consequence is that the RN app won't work on older versions of XWiki.
