When a realtime session and separately the document content is modified outside of the rt editor, the realtime editor won't load the modified content

To reproduce:

1/ Start a real time session
2/ Save the content
3/ Edit in wiki or wysiwyg
4/ Modify the content
5/ save the content
6/ Reopen the realtime editor
7/ the content will be the last status of the RT editor and not the last content saved in the wiki or wysiwyg editor

The RT editor either needs to merge the changes, or to have a "refresh" button.
