changes made on android chrome don't propogate to the session

Affects cryptpad (and possibly the XWiki extension).

The editor has no problem receiving patches, but never sends them, making the client effectively a read-only editor.

It's possible that the editor.on('change') listener is never executed on this platform, which would require reporting to the CKEditor team. In the meantime we would have to find a workaround that fires on edits.
