ctrl-z (undo) can set document to last saved version

When a user first joins the session, they receive the last saved state of the document, and THEN the realtime session updates the document to the latest state in the chain.

If a user joins an ongoing session and proceeds to use undo actions, they are able to revert to the first state that they received, which can be a very large revert for the other users in the session.
