Integrate the UIMA-AS Scaleout framework

The UIMA-AS Scaleout framework should handle annotation processes using a queueing system based on JMS. This framework could be useful in order to handle multi-threading and multiple annotation processes that could be launched from a given environment (e.g., the workbench, XWiki integration, etc.)
