Make analysis chains parametrical wrt the document source

It would be good not to associate a document source to an analysis chain. In this way an analysis chain can be applied to different document sources. In the workworkbench this can be done by clicking on the document source and starting the analysis by selecting the analysis chain.

For exporting the analysis chain as an independent UIMA chain, a document source will be asked before completing the operation.
