SXPipe annotator fails to execute if its installation directory is not in the system PATH

    Description

      the SXPipe annotator makes use of several additional script to work. In order to find them these script must be in the system's path. If this is not the case SXPipe fails with errors like:

      /usr/local/bin/sxpipeAnnotator: line 43: dag2xml: command not found
/usr/local/bin/sxpipeAnnotator: line 43: npCleaner: command not found
/usr/local/bin/sxpipeAnnotator: line 43: npOffsets: command not found
